Being a Hispanic in STEM can sometimes feel isolating. Through the power of Familia, SHPE has been uniting and guiding Hispanics in STEM for more than 45 years. Our members often chant the phrase, “SHPE for Life.” They say this because they’ve found their community. Their home. No matter your age, location, or level of experience in STEM, there’s a place for you at the SHPE table.

How to become a SHPE National Member:

  • Undergraduate Membership: $10
    Undergraduate membership is open to all college students studying science, technology, engineering, or math.
     
  • Graduate Membership: $15
    Graduate membership is open to all graduate and doctorate students studying science, technology, engineering, or math. Graduate students have the option to join SHPE either with a Student or Professional Chapter or Region-At-Large.
